Watford Lodge wind farm, comprising of five wind turbines, was granted planning permission in December 2011 and went into operation during November 2015. Eolian Two Limited, an investment fund established by Broadview and other leading industry professionals, bought the site in November 2014 and, after eighteen months of consistent generation, sold the asset to Capital Dynamics, which has a large and diverse portfolio in clean energy infrastructure.
