Technical & Operational Management
Broadview will ensure your asset is running efficiently and safely at all times, resolving any technical issues swiftly in order for your asset to reach its highest availability and securing your investment in the long term. Monthly reports on asset performance will be generated on a quarterly basis, or according to the terms in the contract, and any technical issues will be communicated ensuring you are informed at all times.
- Remote monitoring and troubleshooting using SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition)
- Operate the sites in line with the Wind Turbine Safety Rules
- Develop, implement and monitor health and safety management procedures
- Take care of all community, stakeholder and public relations enquiries
- Manage all operational planning conditions
- Manage land lease agreements and relationships with landowners and local authorities
- Manage scheduled maintenance and repair works
- Ensure that the site remains compliant according to the terms of the lease and resolve any issues or disputes quickly and efficiently
- Manage all aspects of the Warranty Operations & Maintenance Agreement and the Offtake Agreement
