Having developed the site, Broadview received planning approval following an appeal in December 2010. Further to managing the construction of the site, the three Senvion MM82 turbines went into operation during May 2014. Broadview sold the site in March 2014 to Eolian One Limited, an investment fund established by Broadview and other leading industry professionals. After thirty-six months of consistent generation, Eolian One Limited sold the asset to Capital Dynamics, which has a large and diverse portfolio in clean energy infrastructure.
