Acquisition of Little Hilton Wind Farm
01 Jan 2022Broadview Energy is pleased to announce that Eolian Three Limited has completed the acquisition of another Enercon Feed in Tariff project.
On 23 December 2021, Eolian Three Limited acquired its sixth Enercon Feed in Tariff project, the 1.3MW Little Hilton Wind Farm, located in Turriff, Aberdeenshire. The two turbine site, owned by Hilton Green Energy Limited commenced operation in December 2014. Broadview Energy will be managing the operational aspects of the site on behalf of Eolian Three Limited.
Jeffrey Corrigan, Managing Director, Broadview Energy, said “This is a high quality asset and we are pleased that our funding and project structuring allowed us to offer a valuation that proved attractive to the project’s vendor.”
The Little Hilton Wind Farm is Eoilan Three’s eighth acquisition since its inception in October 2017.
